I had a wonderful stay with outstanding customer service, and the hotel's proximity to beautiful parks and excellent eateries made it such a perfect base for my weekend city strolls.

This was just a good match for a lightning stop in Boise with excellent value for money. The room was large and had a cute little sink in the living area, perfect for making coffee. Make sure to check out the breakfast options. they had a ton to choose from.

Had an awesome stay! The large, clean room and the heavenly comfortable bed really stood out to me. Loved the multiple charging options and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty. Definitely coming back!

Stayed here for 3 nights with the fam and had a nice time! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for us. The staff was always friendly and super helpful! Breakfast was solid too. Just wish the bathroom sink area was bigger, it felt tight for a family of five. Kids loved the pool, but lighting could be better.

Exceptional service, felt like home!

The king suite was spacious, but the toilet in our room was not cleaned.

Exploring nearby Eagle Island State Park was a blast with the kids! We loved the spaciousness of our Queen Suite. The separate sink and microwave space came in handy for quick snacks. Especially one named Helen!

My children wanted a hot tub. It was missed this time. A family-friendly suggestion would be to add some fun pool features to keep the little ones entertained.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored hiking at Eagle Island State Park and enjoyed biking along the Boise River Greenbelt. The hotel was great, with lots of space in our King Suite Sofa Bed and friendly staff. Breakfast had good options, and we loved the proximity to restaurants! Perfect location for outdoor fun and relaxation.

springhill suites is an excellent hotel! we had a king suite with a sofa bed that was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. the location is perfect, being near some great restaurants and close to the meridian temple. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of options. the staff was super friendly and professional, which really stood out during our stay.
